Made to order

HARDPOINT apparel and skateboard decks are printed after you order. Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Refer to the product page for production estimates. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping charges and destinations

Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. International orders may incur import duties, taxes, or carrier charges where applicable.

Separate shipments

Apparel and decks ship from different production partners. Mixed orders may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking. Checkout displays the shipping charges applicable to your order.

Addresses and delivery issues

Please review your address before placing your order. Contact us promptly if you spot an error; changes may not be possible after production or shipping begins. For a missing, delayed, or damaged delivery, email your order number and a description of the issue to steven_gilbert@hardpointbuilt.com. Keep any damaged packaging and include photos if available.
