Refund policy
30-day apparel returns
You may request a return of unworn, unwashed apparel within 30 days after delivery. Items must be in their original condition, with any tags still attached. HARDPOINT covers return shipping for eligible apparel returns. No restocking fee applies.
Start with us
Email steven_gilbert@hardpointbuilt.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid label or another agreed method at HARDPOINT’s expense. Do not send items to a production partner or an address on the parcel without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will refund the amount paid for the returned item to the original payment method. Original outbound shipping is not refunded for a voluntary return unless required by applicable law. We will notify you when your refund is issued; your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post it. For a different size or color, contact us to arrange the return before placing a replacement order.
Damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order number, a description, and clear photos where possible. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Please report issues within 30 days of delivery so we can raise them with our production partners; this request does not limit rights or claim periods provided by law. HARDPOINT covers necessary return shipping for confirmed product problems.
Skateboard decks
The voluntary 30-day apparel return offer does not apply to decks. Contact us about damaged deliveries, printing errors, incorrect items, or suspected manufacturing defects. Inspect your deck before skating, applying grip tape, or installing hardware. Ordinary wear and damage from use are not covered by our voluntary return offer. Your applicable rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods remain unchanged.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible. Because products are made to order, we cannot guarantee a cancellation once production begins. This does not limit cancellation rights required by law.

This policy is in addition to, and does not restrict, applicable statutory consumer rights.
