What does made to order mean?
Your item is printed after checkout. Production happens first; carrier transit happens after dispatch. The NVG David tee has an estimate of about a week for production. Bloom Riot, Venus Voltage, Night Laps, Liftline Distortion, Ridge Cut, Deck Press and After Hours Fox use a supplier estimate of 1–6 working days, depending on quantity. How do I choose a size?
Check the fit and measurements on the specific product page. The collection includes loose and oversized cuts, regular-fit tanks, shorter boxy hoodies and a fitted, cropped baby tee. Compare those measurements with a garment you already like. Size labels do not mean every cut measures the same. Contact us for help with a particular measurement.
Are all the fabrics the same?
No. The collection includes 100% cotton garments, cotton-polyester blends and a cotton-spandex baby tee. Check each product page for its exact composition and fabric weight. GSM describes fabric weight per square metre, not the weight of the whole item.
Can I return apparel?
Request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible unworn, unwashed apparel in original condition with any tags attached. HARDPOINT covers return shipping and does not charge a restocking fee. Original outbound shipping is not refunded for a voluntary return unless the law requires it. Contact us before sending anything back. Full return policy.
What about deck returns?
The voluntary 30-day apparel offer does not cover decks. Inspect your deck before use, applying grip or fitting hardware. Contact us about delivery damage, printing errors, incorrect items or suspected manufacturing defects. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Deck conditions.
Will everything arrive together?
Items made by different production partners may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking. Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Shipping details.
Something is missing, damaged or incorrect. What now?
Use the form above or email us with your order number and a description. For multiple packages, check each tracking update. Photos can help us investigate damage or printing problems; we can follow up by email. Please do not send an item to a production-partner address without return instructions.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Once production or shipping has started, a cancellation, size change or address change may no longer be possible. The return policy explains the applicable conditions and rights.
Is the skateboard a complete setup?
Choose Deck Only, Complete, or Complete & Assembled on the NVG David product page. Deck Only includes the printed deck without grip tape, trucks, wheels, bearings or hardware. Complete options include the components listed on the product page; choose Complete & Assembled if you want it assembled. Wall hangers are a separate option.
What do the image labels mean?
Product mockups show the artwork and placement digitally. Use the front and back views to inspect the print placement, then select your color and size on the product page. Colors can vary between screens and fabric dye batches.
